The guidance proposes to deepen communication and cooperation with competent departments of customs and other industries, realize mutual recognition of cross customs area and cross airport customs clearance, actively promote facilitation customs clearance measures such as air customs declaration, electronic customs declaration and scheduled customs clearance, and promote the high-quality and high-speed development of aviation logistics.
